New Certification format for 2021-2022
- Access a web version of the certification document by clicking on the excel icon below or the link at the bottom of this page
- Download a copy of the document and fill out the second tab with the contact information for your lab
- Fill out the following tabs by adding images and notes regarding your progress throughout the year and typing in a numerical value in the “Points Earned” column of each tab
- The points from all of your actions will automatically be totaled in the same tab of the document where you initially typed your labs contact information
- The email address that is signed up to receive our listserv notifications will get the information about submitting your completed documents later in the year
