In July 2021, UNC Green Labs received a recorded lecture about Fisher’s TerraCycle recycling programs from Dr. Shine, one of Fisher’s reps at UNC. She focused on how both the disposable mask and nitrile glove recycling programs work, as well as what kinds of things the items get recycled into. While our quarterly talks are usually in person, this is a new format that allows for talks during the ongoing pandemic.
